Yes we planned to fork Wubi but finally restart from scratch with DotNet
This creates a real Clean Dual Dualboot with shared home folders
Hopefully MacOS version will follow in 2027

My go-to script to "re-image" a VPS with whatever image of Windows or Linux distribution. It supports:
* Windows to Linux * Linux to Windows * Linux to Linux * Windows to Windows
Also arbitrary .ISOs and disk images.
